500K and 300K
- Each TEAM and SOLO PARTICIPANT must carry:
- Minimum 1 GPS-unit for navigation
- Example: Handhold unit, sports watch
- Paper map
- 1 physical compass
- 1 GPS tracker, received from the organizer
- 1 windsack (bivouac) or 1 tent
- The sack/tent must room the whole team (2 or 3 persons)
- The windsack can not be of the type emergency bivouac / aluminium foil
- 1 first aid kit, minimum content:
- 1 standard elastic bandage (200cm x 5cm)
- 1 self-adhesive elastic bandage (100cm x 5cm)
- Wound ointment (e.g., Brulidine, Bacimycin)
- Each TEAM MEMBER and SOLO PARTICIPANT must
carry:
- Backpack
- Must be equipped with reflective marks
- Jacket with hood, wind- and water-proof
- Minimum watercolumn value 10000 (Schmerber)
- Long trousers, wind- and water-proof
- Minimum watercolumn value 10000 (Schmerber)
- Warm cap, wool*
- Buff or scarf, wool*
- Gloves or mittens, wind- and water-proof
- Warm midlayer top, type bubble jacket
- Midlayer top, long sleeves
- Minimum 180 grams per square meter, wool*
- Long-legged trousers OR a combination of trousers/leggings/socks
- Must cover the legs completely
- Recommended material: Wool*
- Socks, wool*
- 2 headlamps and spare batteries for 1 lamp
- Sleeping bag liner
- Must separate the body from the bedding
- Can only be used in bed indoors
- Sleeping bag
- Half bag can not be used to form a sleeping bag
- Bivi bag cannot be used as sleeping bag
